The cell consists of 2 interconnected robotic cells:
Cell 0, consisting of:
n.1 NACHI MC12 robot with base, complete with:

1 electro-permanent magnet support flange.

1 electrical cabinet with remote programming button.
n. 2 crate body stations each complete with:

1 housing a body (mm.600 x mm.800).

1 container introduction / extraction roller conveyor

n. 2 pieces storage stations for recognition with mink system, with device for moving waste pieces.
Cell 1, consisting of:
n.1 NACHI MC12 robot with base, complete with:

1 flange to support the piece lost collet.

1 vision system on board the robot.

1 electrical cabinet with remote programming button.
n. 2 Directional deposit devices for picking by lathes
n. 1 empty pallet infeed roller conveyor
n. 1 step pallet handling device.
n. 1 full pallet unloading roller conveyor.
n. 1 series of safety guards in painted metal mesh (mesh 40x40 mm wire thickness 3 mm)
